As the sequester nears, agencies are releasing more details about the impact the automatic spending cuts would have on operations and workforce.  Today, the FAA released a list of more than 100 air traffic control facilities that may be closed if the automatic spending cuts hit the agency on March 1^st.  The agency also released a list of more than 60 facilities where overnight shifts may be eliminated as part of the plan to absorb the cuts.

If Congress does not act, the FAA will be forced to trim $600 million from its budget for the remainder of fiscal year 2013.
